Martins Oysters


Martins Oysters is a family owned and run company that has been Pacific Oyster farming for just over 10 years.

Frank and Kathy Martin began the business as FJ & KA Martin Oyster Growers in 1995.

In 2003 their son Jason O’Brien began working as the Farm Manager and in 2005 he and wife Amy took over the management of the business and began trading as "Martins Oysters", with plenty of input from Frank.

We currently farm 5ha of oyster lease located at Point Longnose in Coffin Bay, South Australia, with two employees.
